Join Food for Hope, Thorncreek Church and Community Members while they support, pack and distribute 2500 Holiday Meal Boxes to families in Adams County Schools. Help a family, support a box at $35! Each box feeds a family of 4-6, contains typical Holiday sides and a giftcard for produce. Want to Volunteer, spots open on November 2, 2026! These boxes will be distributed at over 120 schools in Adams County, CO through established school partnerships.
