It's Feed 5000 time!
Feed 5000 is Food for Hope’s large Holiday Meal Box Event that provides Thanksgiving Boxes in partnership with ThornCreek Church, Premier Partners AMAZON and SUNCOR, local businesses and individuals. This year we will be packing 2300 boxes and supporting 2300 LOCAL Adams County Families. Each box contains shelf-stable foods and a gift card for culturally diverse or special dietary produce. These boxes are distributed through relationships with local schools and Food for Hope, WPS, AC12, AC14, 27j and Pinnacle Charter Schools.
Help us bring these meal boxes to LOCAL families here in Adams County by supporting a family with your donation of $35!
